Industrial infrastructure Company - within 12 months of engagement put in place a sales and rep network in China, Taiwan and Korea with a $12M/year run rate in incremental sales.

Leading Retail Company - Managed cross-functional team resulting in $1.5-2.0M (15%) in annual cost reductions and $160M in annual sales lift by sourcing and developing new dispensing and electronic payment equipment with development partners. Activities included selling opportunity to senior management, leading team and process, negotiating and managing strategic alliances in excess of $50M.

Venture Backed Software Co – Directed effort to accelerate and sell venture backed company. Efforts included accelerating business development, identifying target buyers, preparing marketing materials including confidential memorandum/“teaser” and contacting industry participants. Efforts resulted in several Fortune 500 clients and eventual sale of company to a strategic buyer.

Public Software Co - Identified best target markets in Asia for companies product. Secured distribution and reseller partners in SouthEast Asia for this product. Built Asian business to over 10% of the parent companies sales.

$100M Private Manufacturer - Transformed family run firm to more professional management. Put in place bill of materials, costing, budgets and planning cycles, cash management and regular and consistent financial reporting and analysis. Instituted corporate development function to identify and execute accretive acquisitions. Business sold at high multiple to leading private equity firm.
